E+ROSE was born from a simple conviction — that real food changes real lives. Founded by a Registered Dietitian who saw firsthand what poor nutrition costs us, and built in honor of three extraordinary women.
The E+ROSE Story
Built with intention.
E+ROSE was created to provide communities with convenient, quick-service healthy options made with integrity and creativity. Founded by Registered Dietitian Robbie Nowinski, E+ROSE was the culmination of years of research and real-world experience in healthcare systems — where he witnessed firsthand how profoundly poor nutrition impacts lives.
Coupled with a background in elite athletics, the vision became something singular: delicious, functional, performance-based food in a clean, welcoming, and inspiring environment.

The Name
A tribute to three remarkable women.
E+ROSE (ee-and-rohz) is short for Elizabeth & RoseMary — our founder's grandmothers, and his mother, Mary. The + sign reminds us that our sum is greater than any of us alone.
